Great atmosphere with live music and karaoke in the dining area/bar. Friendly and helpful staff who provided great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit.
Lack of hot water in the showers in our block. Incident involving another guest in our room, which wasted several hours of our time in the city.

I stayed at Greg&Tom Beer House for 5 days as a solo traveler and it was the most social and welcoming hostel I have ever experienced. The included breakfast, dinner, and beer were phenomenal, plus they even offered take-away lunches. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the main bus station and close to everything else. The atmosphere among guests and the outstanding staff made it easy to connect with others and create lasting memories. I highly recommend this hostel for its value, location, and social atmosphere.

The free food at this hostel was amazing! Snacks all day and a restaurant quality dinner every night. I couldn't believe how much they offered for free. The location was also great, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk everywhere. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or issues.
There were a few things I didn't like. The beds were uncomfortable, with thin mattresses and noisy metal frames.

I recently stayed at Greg&Tom Beer House for a week and it was perfect for my solo travel adventure. The hostel's location is ideal, with the main bus station and market hall just a stone's throw away. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and a shopping mall nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided useful information for my sightseeing plans. One of the best things about this hostel is the value for money it offers, with both breakfast and dinner included. They were also unbiased in their tour recommendations, which I appreciated.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
